Reaping our Harvest!

My cute men reaping our harvest!
and this is the FRUITS OF THEIR LABORS!!

Isn't it the cutest, most hilarious little cob you've ever seen?

They weren't all this small although you had to eat about 5 cobs to equal a regular size.

But I'll tell you what, they were just as sweet and delicious as ever.

The Winning Ticket!

We won the lottery!! We Won! We Won! We Won!

We're going to be living the high life now!!

Matt bought this beauty on our way home from Jackson Hole.

Well it isn't the powerball which is about 62 million. But we did win! a whole entire $290.00. We thought it was going to be $500 so when we made the trip up to Idaho to collect our winnings and we only received $290 it was a little disappointing. But hey, we can still live the high life with that right?
Speaking of living the high life--Cache doesn't need the lottery to make him happy, just Ice Cream and a Trampoline.

Teething!!-How Many Teeth do we have?

Poor Guy!! He is cutting two molars! OUCH! and as you can see he is one miserable little guy. How many more?

I'm Not Done!!

I bathed Cache and got him out. Meanwhile Ellie was in the tub and I had went to get her a towel. And this sneaky little guy decided he wasn't done and climbed back into the tub, Pajamas and all. After getting all wet he decided that, that wasn't a good idea after all and he has done.

WOW! I've Got Talent

I just want to thank Marci for inspiring me to discover my hidden talents. I wasn't sure if I could pull it off. But looks like I did and I one up'd you marci with this next unbeliveable move...

Who knew I was so talented? Matt sure didn't. We had some really good laughs at my expense. I couldn't bring Matt do do these tricks--He gave it one shot and landed on his back. That was it for him. Thanks again Marci! I would like to see some pics of my blogging friends attempting these moves and maybe some of your own.

Jackson Hole!!

Happy Anniversary!!

We went to Jackson Hole to celebrate 11 years of bliss! 11 years WOW!! isn't that some sort of record to be happily married for that long these days. I am still completely in love with this handsome man of mine. We had such a good time on our vacation. Just him and I for the whole entire weekend(definetly not long enough) It was great to just relax. No kids waking us up in the morning. No interruptions. We could do whatever we wanted whenever. It was fabulous.

Highlights

The grand Tetons--beautiful!
While we were on a hike in the middle of nowhere--not on a hiking trail just in the mountains we stumbled upon something very unexpected. I could smell this awful, pungent aroma. I turned to Matt and say "oh! that is a horrible." Matt says with a big excited grin on his face. "It smells like a rotting dead carcus. Let's go see what it is!" So reluctantly I follow, holding my breath and plugging my nose. I am thinking I'm sure it's just a dead deer. But oh no it wasn't a dead deer or elk. It was a dead horse. It was horrible! I have never seen anything like it and never want to again. Well it could have been worse, It could have been a dead body. That would suck.

Alone in the Wilderness!

What would you do alone in the wilderness on your anniversary?

The Mangy Moose!

We had lunch at the Mangy Moose--I ordered a chicken ceaser pita. I took two bites and it was delicious. I was real happy with my decision. But then on the third bite I bit into something very hard. So I spit the food out thinking it was a bone or something but to my surprise it wasn't a bone at all it was some unknown pretty good size black piece of plastic. Sick!! Better than a fly or a finger! But still. Needless to say they made me a new one and I didn't have to pay for it.

Dressed to Impress!

So I had this really hot sexy dress to wear (thanks to Mindy). So I put it on for a nice romantic dinner with my man. We go to dinner and WOW! did I feel overdressed. Mind you everyone in Jackson is kind of granola. They have all been hiking, biking and whatever else outdoorsy there is to do and then stop in for a bite to eat to end their day. Then there is me dressed to the nines in a slinky black dress and some really hot heels. Boy did I get some looks. I like to think its because I looked so hot! (not because I was overdressed). Well Matt thought I was hot! He said everytime he looked at me he wasn't sure what to do or think with all that skin showing. Mission accomplished.

The Worst Day Ever!!!

Friday was the worst day ever! Probably not the worst-- but at the time it seemed like it. It all started while buckling my kids in the car for swim lessons and my cute 3 year old Ellie was throwing one of her many tantrums. So I set my cell phone on top of the car and proceeded to take away her fruit snacks. In my anger I quickly got in the car and drove to swim lessons. Only when I arrived at swim did I realize I never got my phone from off the top of the car. This is when panic sets in--because I had just got that phone only 3 days earlier. So I dropped my kids off and went and retraced my path 5 times with no luck. My neighbor even went with me--nothing. Great Just Great! For some reason I have anxiety when I don't have a phone. (you know I don't want to miss all those important phone calls) so after picking up my kids from swim I went directly to the cell phone store and $160.00 later I have a new phone. $160.00 that really SUCKS!! So my day started out real great and after an episode like that every little thing seems big. Meanwhile I was supposed to meet my friend Jamie at the pool at 1:00. and didn't make it there unil 2:45. I sat in traffic for 45 minutes trying to get there on top of everything else. and it just keeps getting better. I got home and used the restroom and what do you know no toilet paper!--You've got to be kidding!!
Then my neighbor calls and-- guess what-- she found my cell phone on the side of the road. Completely abliterabted of course. Just when you think things couldn't get worse, it was 8:00 pm and my kids haven't eaten dinner so I throw a delicious, nutritious party pizza in the oven. 9 minutes later and it was ready and I got it out of the oven only to flop the pizza on the floor. Are you serious! So I called it a day. Except for one more really important part of my day at 11:50pm I headed to walmart for the release of Stephanie Meyers new vampire book "Breaking Dawn" and what to you know my lucks turning around-- I got one. My cute husband informed me that it was a new day--It was midnight. Yeah!! The day from hell is over.
